Product eligibility depends on the product and current law. The 2018 Federal Farm Bill defines hemp using a limit of less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Texas law and product-specific restrictions also apply, and laws can change.

Congress removed hemp — cannabis with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight — from the federal definition of marijuana, legalizing hemp and its cannabinoids nationwide.

Texas House Bill 1325 (2019)
Texas adopted the same definition into state law, legalizing the production and retail sale of consumable hemp products that meet the 0.3% Delta-9 limit.
